Butterflies

Acrylic on canvas 40 cm x 30 cm

Butterflies was a piece that started out in my sketchbook as a dreamy doodle and then a rough painting sketch on a shoe box. I then decided to do this painting. I painted it quite spontaneously and it kept changing as I never really felt happy with it. I kept leaving it and coming back to it. A year later and it’s now finished!
